Dr. Sameh is a Water expert in ( Water Management, Water conflict and resolution, Water Politics, and Climate Change) holding a PhD. from TU Bergakademie Freiberg in Water management. He is the Managing Director for Relief International . He has lead several international projects in Europe and the Middle East. Dr Sameh is a firm believer that water could be a source of cooperation and peace rather than a reason of conflict also in addition to having a strong sustainable economy comes hand in hand with having a sustainable environment.
