Dr. Sadeq Al-Jawad 

Dr Sadeq Al-Jawad completed his bachelor’s in the USA, Masters and PhD in France, all regarding hydro-geology. The latest position has been an advisor regarding water resources at the Prime Minister’s Office, although he had worked as a head of groundwater studies center at several ministries for 18 years prior to that. Fluency in Arabic, English and French. Academic experience includes a professor at University for engineering and earth sciences, more than 27 publications regarding hydrogeology and leading author per many governmental reports, of which; GEO6, ACSAD,etc. Dr. Al-Jawad is an expert of water policies and strategic planning at High National Water Committee of Iraq in addition to leading research teams researching water management and hydrogeology sponsored by UNDP, UNESCO and EU.
